What we collect

Try-on photos & facial features. When a customer uses AI Try-On at a kiosk, the photo they take or upload — and the facial features within it (biometric data) — are captured solely to render a virtual try-on preview of the selected piece. Face capture is always optional, never bundled with other terms, and requires separate explicit consent.

Demo requests. When a store books a demo, we store the name, store, city, contact number, and any message provided — used only to arrange the demo. It is never shared with other stores or third parties.

How it is processed & stored

Try-on images are generated using Google Vertex AI / Gemini. Data is processed and stored in the India region. We do not sell personal data or use it to identify individuals. Captured photos are retained only briefly and then automatically deleted after the customer's session.

Your rights

Customers may decline face capture and still browse the full catalogue. Anyone may request deletion of their data at any time — at a kiosk, ask a member of staff; otherwise email us below. Consent is re-requested whenever our policy materially changes.

Terms of service

TryGehna provides in-store and online virtual try-on, live customisation, and AI photoshoot tools for jewellery retailers. Rendered previews are illustrative and may differ from the physical piece. The service is provided as-is; availability and features may change.
